Maison Croco Sales Terms & Conditions

1.  Pricing. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices do not include sales tax or shipping costs.

2.  Sale Items. Sale items are purchased "as is." All sales are final.

3.  Payment Terms. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.

4.  Delivery and Delays. Maison Croco shall exercise all reasonable effort in meeting specified delivery date. Maison Croco is not liable to Customer for loss, damage, detention or delay resulting from circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control (i.e. acts of nature).

5.  Defects. All claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be with the shipping company. Maison Croco will assist Customer by providing supporting documentation.

6.  Shortages. Customer should open and inspect package contents upon receipt. Inaccurate shipments yielding incorrect merchandise claims will only be honored when reported within three (3) days of receipt.

7.  Returned Merchandise. Maison Croco does not accept merchandise returns. Maison Croco will review such requests if the request is a direct result of a Maison Croco error. Customer must receive approval from Maison Croco prior to returning merchandise. All returned merchandise must be shipped pre-paid to destination. All returned merchandise must have been received within ten (10) days and be in the original condition in which it was shipped to Customer.

8.  Errors. Maison Croco is not liable for errors that may be corrected at any time.

9.  Credits. Credit for shipping charges shall be issued on Maison Croco in-house errors only. No refunds shall be issued.

10.  International Orders. Maison Croco requires payment in full through PayPal. All additional expenses such as shipping, duties, taxes and CITES certification will be the responsibility of the Customer. All claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be with the shipping company. Maison Croco will assist Customer by providing supporting documentation.

11.  Governing Law. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California in the United States.
